Live connection diagnosis

qBittorrent Port Checker

Check the TCP listening port while qBittorrent is running, then diagnose why inbound connectivity fails.

qBittorrent listening-port check

Probe the configured TCP listening port while qBittorrent is running. If it fails, continue into forwarding and upstream NAT diagnosis.

The public IP shown here is detected from this browser request. External probes are restricted to that same public IP.

Is qBittorrent running and listening right now?
Use the listening port shown in qBittorrent settings.

Keep the client running during the check

An external TCP probe can succeed only when the path is forwarded and something is listening. A failure while qBittorrent is closed does not diagnose the router.

Check the incoming peer port, not the Web UI port

qBittorrent has a listening port for incoming peer connections and a separate Web UI port. Enter the listening/torrenting port shown in qBittorrent's Connection settings.

If qBittorrent is configured to choose a different listening port on startup, the value can change between sessions. Keep the client running and verify the current port before interpreting an unreachable result.
