Not another speed test

Measure responsiveness, not just megabits.

A fast connection can still feel awful when somebody uploads photos, backs up a laptop, or starts a large download. The difference is often latency under load.

1. Test

Measure a clean idle baseline, then latency during adaptive download and upload load.

2. Diagnose

Separate upload queueing, download queueing, high baseline latency and unstable jitter instead of reducing everything to one speed number.

3. Verify

Save a baseline locally, change one setting, and compare the next run side by side.
